It is said that in Palermo in the year one thousand, amidst the scents of the Kalsa, an overwhelming and betrayed love drove a young maiden to transform passion into art.

To avoid losing her beloved, she turned him into an icon, a ceramic vase where basil – the herb of kings – grew luxuriantly, arousing the envy of the entire city.

From that myth, the Moorish Heads were born, an excellence of Caltagirone ceramic art. Today, that same beauty becomes glass. The Iconiche are not just bottles, but guardians of a millenary history: they enclose the green gold of Etna in a design that transforms myth into an object to be displayed, lived, and handed down.
